2015-2022 Polaris Ranger Midsize 500 & 570 (Non SP) Fender Flares

MudBusters Fender Flares for the 2015-2022 Midsize Non-SP Rangers (2-seat & crew cab) for gas and EV (Electric) models.

Full Sets for Gas Models Include:

• Front Fender Flares: Provides coverage for the exposed tire tread and also extends into the underhood area, featuring a suspension strut cutout for enhanced coverage under the hood, protecting against underhood mud buildup.
• Lower Rear Fender Flares: Again two things here, provides coverage for the exposed tire tread and extend inward to protect the open frame in front of the rear tires from mud and rocks thrown up by the rear tires.
  • Note for EV Models: The factory part already provides some coverage here. You can order the Gas model kit but will need to modify the lower rear flares. The EV kit does not include these lower rear fender flare protection panels, only the .220-inch thick upper rear fender flare dumpbed panels.
• Upper Rear Fender Flare Dumpbed Panels: These also serve a dual purpose, adding coverage to the exposed tire tread and extending under the dumpbed to prevent mud buildup in the hollow area, which can accumulate and weigh down your vehicle. These panels are .220 inches thick for durability and include a cutout for the dumpbed handle, ensuring they don’t interfere with the dumpbed’s functionality.

Just in case you missed this...Note: The EV (Electric Vehicle) model kits do not include the lower rear fenders.

Coverages:

• Max: Adds 3 inches of coverage over the factory fenders, covering all of the tire tread.
• Super Max: Adds 4 inches of coverage, ideal for those with wheel spacers, wider tires, etc.
