Sorry to hear you had a bad experience. You did reach out to our customer service team and we requested that you email us some pictures so we could help you with determining what was going on and make it right for you, but you specifically requested to return them for a refund since you didnt want to show us what was happening when you were trying to attach those. Typically in those situations, we do have to see what is going on so we know how best to assist you, but we even waived our normal restocking fee for your return.
Normally we like our reviews on our product to be about the product itself, and in this case, we would have loved to have made it right for you. We did offer to recieve this kit back and provide a full refund for you since you were unhappy which is outside of our normal return and refund policy since you were upset at the situation.
