How to Start a Return

Submit Return Request

Click the "Start Return" button below to begin the return process for your order. You'll need your order number and billing email.

Receive Return Instructions

We'll send you instructions and the return address to ship the product back to us.

Pack It Up & Ship It Back

Pack the product in its original packaging. Include all items and note any missing parts. You are responsible for return shipping costs and selecting your preferred carrier.

How Do I Return My MudBusters Item?

To return your item, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Us – You, the customer, will need to contact us via the Return Request form . Once received, we will review the return request.
  2. Await Instructions – Our customer service team will contact you within 1-2 business days with further instructions on processing your return.
  3. Ship Your Item – Once approved, ship the item to our return address at your expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Return Policy

Returns Within 30 Days

You can return all or part of your purchase within 30 days of delivery.

Some exclusions apply—see below for details on freight returns and items not eligible for return.

Please Note:

  • Non-defective items that have not been installed must be returned in new, resalable condition.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.
  • If returning multiple items, please ship them separately unless they originally arrived together in the same box.
  • Refunds will be processed once the item arrives and is inspected at its return destination. Significant discrepancies in content, weight, or dimensions compared to what was approved may result in delayed or rejected refunds.

Refunds

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once it arrives at our warehouse. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

Exchange Policy

Customer-Initiated Exchanges (Continental U.S. Only)

Ordered the wrong product? No problem, we can help you exchange it!

If you need to exchange an item due to ordering the wrong fitment, the following restocking and handling fees will apply to cover processing and shipping costs:

You are responsible for shipping the original item back to us if you ordered the wrong item.

Exchanges Due to Our Error

If we made a mistake—such as sending the wrong item, a defective product, or an item that doesn't match what you ordered—we've got you covered. No restocking or handling fees will apply, and we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

This policy applies to the Continental United States only. For Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders, please contact us for assistance.


Refused/Undeliverable Orders

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct address details are provided for your order.

MudBusters cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that are delayed or lost due to an incorrect address being provided.

All orders that are returned to MudBusters due to inaccurate information supplied by the customer (incorrect or incomplete address) will be processed as a normal return, subject to the standard 10% restocking fee.


Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • International shipments (all sales are final for orders shipped outside the Continental U.S.)
  • Items with visible wear and tear
  • Items that have been installed, modified, drilled, or cut
  • Original shipping charges and flat-rate shipping fees (non-refundable)

Common Reasons for Return

Defective Product – We handle hundreds of thousands of items, and sometimes things go wrong. If your item arrives defective, let us know and we'll make it right.
Damaged Product – Though rare, items can occasionally arrive with damaged packaging. Contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.
Incorrect Product – If you received the wrong item, or if we guaranteed fitment over the phone or chat and the product doesn't fit your vehicle, give us a call. We'll make it right.
Changed Your Mind – Did your item arrive but it's not quite what you envisioned? We understand—we want you to be happy with your purchase.
